Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has announced the appointment of Faye Brown as Group Integration Co-ordinator—an enhanced role designed to support the Group’s disciplined, high-value integration of newly acquired businesses as it continues to scale.
Faye joined PTSG in 2021 following the acquisition of Total Environmental Compliance Ltd (TEC). Over the past four years she has played a central role in TEC’s transition within PTSG’s Water Division, including the recent merger with HCS. This experience has given her a detailed understanding of the processes, leadership alignment and delivery discipline required to embed new businesses successfully and realise value early.
During her time at TEC, Faye worked closely with colleagues across IT, Marketing, Business Development, HR, Facilities and Health & Safety. This cross-functional insight—combined with her operational knowledge of a PTSG constituent business—positions her strongly to support integration across the wider Group.
Faye brings more than 25 years of experience across marketing, project coordination and executive support within building compliance, software, manufacturing, the public sector and the charity sector. At TEC, she supported the Managing Director and led the marketing function, contributing to the implementation of new services and technologies that strengthened operational performance and enhanced customer outcomes.
In her new position, Faye will lead PTSG’s integration implementation, ensuring new acquisitions are embedded consistently into the Group’s operating model, with clear accountability for milestone delivery and benefit realisation.
Commenting on her appointment, Faye said:
“I’m really excited to take on this role – it feels like a natural next step. I’m passionate about bringing people, processes and plans together to ensure integrations run smoothly and support PTSG’s continued growth.”
Faye will report to Alison Chard, PTSG’s Chief Performance Officer, who oversees the Group’s transformation and value-creation strategy.
Alison Chard said:
“PTSG’s growth model relies not only on acquiring high-quality businesses, but on integrating them with precision so that value is delivered in full and on time. Faye has lived that process first-hand through TEC’s transition and its merger with HCS. She understands the practical realities, the disciplines that protect value and the relationships that make integration work. I’m delighted she will be leading this critical part of our growth strategy.”
PTSG continues to expand its specialist services portfolio through a proven buy-and-build approach. Faye’s appointment further strengthens the Group’s ability to deliver seamless integration—ensuring continuity for customers, clear pathways for colleagues and measurable returns for the business.
