At PTSG, we understand that mental health is just as important as physical health, and we are proud to actively support the well-being of our colleagues every day. This World Mental Health Day, 10 October, we reaffirm our commitment to creating a workplace where mental health is prioritised, supported, and openly discussed.

We know that proactive support makes all the difference. That’s why PTSG has implemented a range of initiatives to ensure our teams feel supported, valued, and empowered, including:

  • Access to mental health resources and professional support– ensuring help is never far away.
  • Mental health awareness training– equipping managers and colleagues to spot signs of stress and offer support.
  • Open and inclusive culture– promoting conversations about mental health without stigma.
  • Well-being programmes and initiatives– practical measures that encourage work-life balance, resilience, and overall mental wellness.

Mental health is not just a one-day focus—it’s a core part of how we operate at PTSG. By actively fostering a supportive environment, we help everyone thrive both personally and professionally.

PTSG now has around 90 fully trained Mental Health First Aiders within the Group. They are on hand 24/7 to offer expert help and guidance to our people – in complete confidence.

This World Mental Health Day, let’s remember that checking in, listening, and supporting each other is a powerful step towards a healthier, happier workplace.

Together, we can break the stigma and make mental health a priority—today and every day.
