In this contract, engineers from Neo will deliver passive fire remedial works at five care homes. Works have to be carried out in dementia and residential care settings without disrupting daily routines or compromising resident safety. Clear safeguarding protocols and close coordination with care staff are essential.
Neo has great technical knowledge of passive fire systems, fire doors and compartmentation to assess and resolve risks identified in FRAs. Quality assurance is delivered through FIRAS/LPCB-accredited inspections and digital reporting to evidence compliance and update the fire risk management plans.
