Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist Access & Safety services within a brand-new regeneration project in south-west London.
Clapham Park is a sought-after new residential development – part of the Clapham Park Regeneration Project which is helping to transform the area. It will introduce 2,500 new homes to the area, along with shops and community spaces, good schools, cleaner and safer streets and better transport, helping to revitalise the area. At least 50% of the new homes are classed as affordable housing.
As part of the regeneration at Clapham Park, a low carbon District Heating Network has been introduced and is supplied, operated, and maintained by an ESCO, With Energy. This includes a retrofit of existing properties undergoing refurbishment and will also be integrated into the new build properties.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Access & Safety Ltd will be installing fall arrest systems and equipment to facilitate safe access to the roof for maintenance operatives to carry out work for the upkeep of the building.
