Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist fire solutions in Middlesex, Greater London.
Fulton & Fifth is a residential-led development comprising multiple blocks of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. In the first building, Brookline, all residences have access to a private balcony or terrace. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, cinema and golf simulator.
The developments sits within the Wembley Growth Area, east of Quintain’s Wembley Park development and south of Wealdstone Brook. It is close to Wembley Park station and Wembley Stadium.
Engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will install wet risers as part of fire solutions for five blocks within the Middlesex development in this contract. Wet rising mains are for use by the fire brigade or other trained personnel. They are installed into new buildings above 50 metres. They are also installed in cases where it is difficult to provide a suitable breeching inlet position to a dry riser.
