A major new development in East London has contracted Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) to deliver specialist fire solutions.
The Royal Borough of Greenwich granted planning permission to redevelop the site known as Plumstead West Thamesmead in May 2021. The site is situated between Pettman Crescent, Nathan Way and Hadden Road. The new development, named Lombard Square, will deliver 1,913 new homes and 47,071 square feet of industrial, community, commercial and employment space, surrounding a new 1.8 acre four seasons public park.
The development will become a real driver of change for Plumstead and Thamesmead. It will support wider plans to deliver new homes in the area over the next 30 years. It would also see the growth of local industry to the East of the development and a rich cultural programme.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will install commercial sprinklers for Phase 1 of the development. The contract would cover blocks 2, 3 and 7.
PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd is one of five independent business divisions at PTSG. The others are PTSG Access & Safety Ltd, PTSG Electrical Services Ltd, PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd and PTSG Water Treatment Ltd.
