Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has completed the final phase of a high-level cleaning project at a unique new development called Colindale Gardens in North West London.

PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd was instructed to maintain the façade of the building during the construction and upon completion of the different phases. This saw the Group’s engineers employ abseil and reach and wash techniques to clean the many windows.

Abseil, or rope access, is widely viewed as the safest and most effective way of accessing all areas of a building’s façade. PTSG’s rope access engineers are IRATA-trained and highly experienced in scaling the heights of all kinds of buildings in order to clean windows and cladding, transforming the appearance of buildings.

Colindale Gardens is a development of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments and townhouses set in over nine acres of landscaped gardens. This new community will benefit from over 2,900 new homes, cafes, restaurants and retail facilities along with its very own residents only gym and concierge service.
