Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has secured a new contract to provide specialist building maintenance services for a major UK retailer.
The client is one of the largest home furnishings retailers in the UK. It has a headquarters in Syston, with 179 store locations as of August 2023. The first of its stores opened in Leicester in 1984 and the company has since ventured into manufacturing, producing custom-made curtains, blinds and accessories. On opening its 50th store, the company opened a new warehouse in the Midlands.
In this contract, operatives from PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd will be delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) at almost half (78) of the client’s sites. This may include building façade maintenance (such as cladding) to gutter and lighting maintenance and even siphonic drainage.
