Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Seager as Director of Operational Excellence. Mark formally steps into the role on Monday 11 August 2025 and reports directly to Chief Performance Officer, Alison Chard.

In this newly created role, Mark is responsible for leading a series of strategic initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency across the Group. He will work closely with operational teams to embed best practice, drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest standards of service delivery for clients nationwide.

Mark brings nearly two decades of experience within NSS, one of PTSG’s constituent companies. He began his career as a rope access technician in 2007 and went on to play a key role in developing the company’s specialist access and cleaning division. Progressing through a number of senior roles, including Technical Cleaning Director and Operations Director, Mark has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise and a deep understanding of operational excellence in high-performing environments.

Alison Chard, Chief Performance Officer at PTSG, commented: “Mark’s appointment recognises both his proven track record and his commitment to driving positive change. His strategic insight, hands-on experience and focus on continuous improvement will be key to helping us strengthen our operational capabilities and deliver even greater value for our customers.”

Mark’s appointment follows the recent promotion of Malcolm Fyall to Managing Director of PTSG’s Building Access Specialists division and reflects the Group’s ongoing focus on developing and empowering its leadership team.

PTSG congratulates Mark on his new role and looks forward to his continued contribution to the Group’s success. For further information on Mark’s professional background, please visit: Mark Seager LinkedIn
