Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has appointed Leigh Daveran as Divisional Managing Director for its Building Access Specialists division. He succeeds Malcolm Fyall, who will now lead PTSG’s Access and Safety business as Divisional Managing Director. PTSG Access and Safety was the founding division on which the Group was built.
Building Access Specialists brings together NSS, HD Sharman Group and Pendrich Height Services. The combined division makes PTSG one of the UK’s largest and most capable providers of external façade cleaning, roof maintenance and refurbishment and specialist roofing services, with an expanded national footprint and the capacity to deliver complex, multi-site programmes at scale.
Leigh joined HD Sharman Group in September 2024 to manage the business and lead the sale process, which culminated in its acquisition by PTSG in June 2025 when he formally became Managing Director of HD Sharman. In 2025, Leigh has led HD Sharman to deliver 16% revenue growth and 30% EBITDA growth.
He brings 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, including 13 years leading leveraged, private-equity-backed manufacturing groups on buy-and-build platforms, predominantly in building products and services. His background spans due diligence, corporate finance lead advisory, private equity investment and senior operational corporate leadership.
A key differentiator for the division is HD Sharman’s in-house manufacturing and training facilities, which adds world-leading industrial and commercial roof and gutter refurbishment systems to PTSG’s national façade and access services. These include Delcote roof coating, Delglaze rooflight coating andthe Seamsil cut edge corrosion systems.
The portfolio also features industry-leading gutter refurbishment solutions such as the Plygene Gutterline system and Delcote GS gutter coating system. Together, they enable PTSG to offer customers a more complete approach to protecting and extending the life of roofing assets.
Greg Ward, Chief Executive Officer of PTSG, said: “Leigh’s appointment is an important step in the continued growth of our Building Access Specialists division. He brings a rare combination of strategic M&A expertise and proven operational leadership, underpinned by a clear understanding of how to scale performance through disciplined integration.”
“This division now sits at the forefront of façade maintenance in the UK, strengthened further by HD Sharman’s market-leading roof and gutter refurbishment systems. That combination gives our customers a genuinely end-to-end solution, from access and cleaning to protection and renewal of the building envelope. Leigh will help us accelerate that advantage, deepen collaboration across NSS, HD Sharman and Pendrich and raise our ambition in the markets we serve.”
Leigh Daveran added: “Building Access Specialists has an exceptional platform, with outstanding people and a capability set that is increasingly unique in the UK market. I am looking forward to working with the teams across NSS, HD Sharman and Pendrich to build an even more integrated, high-performing division and to bring the full value of our services and refurbishment systems to customers nationwide.”
PTSG continues to expand its specialist services footprint through a buy-and-build strategy, focused on recurring compliance-driven revenues and high-quality operational delivery. Leigh’s appointment reflects the Group’s commitment to building leadership depth and ensuring that scale is converted into sustained commercial and service advantage.
