Paul Teasdale
Executive Chairman

Paul is a co-founder of PTSG and was the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for more than 16 years.

Paul grew the business from a standing start in 2007 through to leading on PTSG’s two major acquisitions valued at >£1bn in 2018 and 2021 having previously floated the business on the London Stock Exchange in 2015.

A multi-award-winning national leader, Paul has a reputation for being incredibly driven and hard working with a razor-sharp business mind and a clear focus on doing the right things for the company’s customers.

On handing over the CEO baton in April 2023, Paul had created a business with c3,000 team members, serving 30,000 customers and caring for more than 300,000 buildings from a large number of strategic office locations UK-wide. His is a phenomenal story.

The role of Executive Chairman sees Paul focusing on Board and governance matters. He does, however, continue to lead the acquisition programme and remains personally involved in PTSG strategy and branding given his passion for the business and the customers it serves.

Greg Ward
Chief Executive Officer

Greg Ward is a proven international business leader with more than 25 years’ experience driving transformational growth, operational excellence and organisational performance across a wide range of industries – including aviation, security, facilities management, construction, manufacturing and engineering.

As CEO of PTSG, Greg leads one of the UK’s most innovative and ambitious providers of specialist services to the construction and FM sectors. He brings with him a powerful track record of delivering large-impact change, scaling operations and building world-class teams that deliver brilliantly for customers.

Prior to joining PTSG, Greg held a series of senior leadership roles in complex, high-growth businesses. These include serving as Chairman and CEO of Revive Group, where he led successful turnarounds across multiple sectors; and Managing Director of Transguard Group in the UAE, where he oversaw the company’s expansion, growing the business to become the largest and number one facility management company in the region.

Earlier in his career, Greg was Global Managing Director of Manufacturing at Laing O’Rourke, responsible for international factory operations; Operations Director at BAA Heathrow, where he managed multi-billion-pound programmes and thousands of personnel; and Operations Director at Ford Motor Company, where he began his journey as a mechanical electrical apprentice and rose through the ranks.

Greg is a strategic, people-focused CEO with a deep understanding of operational performance and commercial growth. His leadership at PTSG is focused on shaping and protecting the Group’s strong culture, delivering long-term value for customers and unlocking new opportunities for innovation and expansion – both in the UK and internationally.

John Irvine
Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining PTSG, John accrued over 12 years’ experience as a CFO with General Electrical (GE) and private equity in the UK, Japan, Australia and the USA, with experience in a variety of regulated and financial reporting environments.

Throughout his career he has demonstrated leadership within the fields of financial services, manufacturing, technology and software businesses. He has built strong, diverse finance teams in all financial functional areas as well as legal and compliance.

His strong operational focus and broad expertise covering commercial, pricing, risk management, procurement, productivity and capital allocation and efficiency equip John for his role in the complex and increasingly diverse business environment of PTSG.

Wayne Davies
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Wayne Davies is a dynamic part of PTSG’s leadership team, having gained over 25 years of extensive experience in global human resources leadership. He is a transformational executive whose expertise spans aviation, transportation, financial services, healthcare, energy and the entertainment and hospitality sectors. His impressive career is characterised by a series of challenging and high-impact assignments around the world.

Wayne’s journey in HR leadership has seen him deliver some of the most challenging roles within top-tier organisations. He has held pivotal positions at General Electric (GE), where he served in various capacities such as Head of HR for GE Transportation and GE Energy Management as well as leading the HR function for one of Saudi Arabia’s ambitious Giga Projects. He also played a crucial role as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Emirates Airlines, guiding the HR strategy during both record profitability and more challenging times.

Wayne is renowned for his clear thinking and credibility. He is a passionate champion of diversity and inclusion and supporting mental health and well-being – advocating tirelessly for talent attraction and development. His dedication to the highest values aligns perfectly with PTSG’s strategic goals and he is instrumental to the Group’s organisational success.

Victoria Moore
Chief Legal Officer

Victoria is a very experienced legal leader and executive with extensive advisory, strategy and contracts experience – leading multi-disciplinary and multi-jurisdictional legal functions in supporting global businesses operating in the transport, engineering, outsourcing, services and heavy industry sectors. A business enabler, she is highly adaptable to new industries with skills that are entirely transferable.

Having been a lawyer for more than 22 years, Victoria previously worked at Menzies Aviation and Serco (transport division) and has gained invaluable experience by becoming a trusted partner to all business teams, getting under the skin of the operational businesses and demystifying legal and contractual support by providing leadership and training.

As Chief Legal Officer, Victoria plays an important in-house role in which her experience and expertise in contract management, mergers and acquisitions, business/legal compliance, employment law and risk mitigation are invaluable as PTSG continues to grow.

Phil Brown
Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Phil Brown has a proven track record of leading digital and technological transformations across some of the UK’s top businesses. His career spans more than 30 years, with notable achievements across a diverse range of industries, including financial services, infrastructure, engineering and consultancy. His journey in IT began with technical support roles, progressing through various leadership positions where he consistently delivered significant operational improvements and strategic advancements.

Among his many accomplishments at Amey, Phil successfully deployed innovative projects leveraging sensors, drones, predictive analytics and autonomous vehicles – demonstrating the potential for cutting-edge technology in business operations. He also led a comprehensive technology improvement strategy, standardising core systems and processes, which enhanced operational efficiency and reduced annual operational spend by 15% over five years.

Phil’s transformative approach and extensive experience are pivotal in advancing PTSG’s digital capabilities and driving innovation. His ability to create a collaborative culture, coupled with his strategic insight, are critical in enhancing the Group’s operational efficiency and strengthening its market position.

Alison Chard

Alison Chard leads our transformation programme to drive strategic growth, operational efficiency and long-term value across the Group.

Alison joined PTSG in 2025, bringing with her more than 15 years of international experience in engineering, consulting and business transformation. Her career spans senior roles at McKinsey & Company, AlixPartners and IMI Plc, where she has led complex change programmes for FTSE 100 businesses.

A Cambridge MBA and qualified engineer, Alison combines deep technical expertise with a practical, results-focused mindset. She has delivered multi-million-pound cost-efficiency programmes, designed new operating models and led business-wide transformations that improve performance and unlock value at scale.

At PTSG, Alison is responsible for ensuring that project delivery and value creation go hand in hand – aligning strategy with frontline execution. Her collaborative approach, analytical rigour and commitment to operational excellence are central to PTSG’s ongoing success and future ambitions.

Heath Ralphson
Senior Director, Group HSE

As Senior Director, Group HSE, Heath Ralphson has been responsible for building on the already solid foundation of our health and safety practices as well as continuing to drive our ongoing culture of health and safety at PTSG. Health and safety are at the heart of all PTSG’s work.

Heath was formerly Group Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Director at Aggreko, where he has worked for over 10 years in very senior positions both in the UK and internationally. During that time, the business achieved a 50 per cent reduction in lost time injuries and a 75 per cent reduction in recordable injuries.

Heath started his working life as an apprentice electrician with the network operator (MANWEB now ScottishPower) and has worked in QHSE roles for over 25-years including companies such as Alsom Grid and Areva T&D Ltd.

At PTSG, Heath applies his exhaustive expertise in Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental matters from a control, risk, process and systems perspective as well as driving strong health and safety culture and people practice.

Sarah Wood
Director of Customer Success

Sarah Wood is Director of Customer Success at PTSG, leading the Group’s Renewals and Key Accounts teams and playing a central role in ensuring long-term client satisfaction across the business. A trusted and experienced leader, Sarah has been part of PTSG’s journey for more than 15 years, helping to shape the Group’s approach to customer engagement from the ground up.

Since joining PTSG in its early years, Sarah has played a central role in developing the Renewals function – transforming it from a pilot initiative into a vital part of the Group’s commercial strategy. Her leadership has been instrumental in retaining key customers, re-engaging dormant accounts and delivering service continuity that supports PTSG’s sustained growth.

As Director of Customer Success, Sarah works closely with teams across the Group to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. She also supports PTSG’s mergers and acquisitions activity, ensuring service excellence and customer continuity remain at the heart of the Group’s expansion.

Sarah is now leading the development of PTSG’s customer service standards strategy – including forward planning for corporate service functions and potential contact centre operations. With a strong belief in teamwork, long-term relationships and a customer-first mindset, she continues to help drive PTSG’s reputation as a trusted partner to businesses across the UK.

Andrew Dack
Group Sales Director

Andrew joined PTSG in 2011 as Managing Director of the Electrical Services division, becoming Group Sales Director in 2017. With over 40 years of industry success, he is a proven business leader who has constantly exceeded profit and revenue expectations.

Throughout his career, he has acquired great experience and expertise in general management, new business development, international sales and distribution, business to business branded luxury goods, consumer durables, fast moving consumer goods, hospitality and health and safety.

His work has had a direct effect on the success of numerous well-known brands including Smurfit Kappa, Gilchrist & Soames and The Sunlight Service Group. As Group Sales Director for PTSG, Andrew leads a team of sales and marketing specialists who – year on year – have been instrumental in enabling the Group to increase its market share of the sectors in which it works.

Eugene Boyle
Group Commercial and Business Development Director

Eugene is a decisive leader who has demonstrated the commercial agility to profitably grow businesses across numerous sectors. He takes an analytical, measured and innovative approach to his work, and consistently demonstrates commercial skills of the highest level. He is experienced in negotiating with organisations with multi-billion turnovers.

Eugene’s most notable success has been at NSS Group, which became part of PTSG in January 2022. He was the leader of the commercial function for this large organisation, responsible for sales & marketing, including winning new business and retaining and developing existing customers, while introducing new processes to support growth and working collaboratively with all functions across the company. Eugene was instrumental in helping to take NSS Group from £5m per annum to a £50m per annum business.

Eugene currently leads a team of more than 100 business development professionals spanning all of our diverse offerings and supporting our customers with technical and commercial sales capabilities.

Simon Taylor
Group Marketing Director

Simon’s journey with PTSG began in 2008. A key member of the leadership team for more than 17 years, he works closely with the CEO and the PTSG Board to promote the business both in the UK and overseas. He is the architect of the PTSG brand and is responsible for crafting and executing a cohesive brand strategy that resonates across diverse markets, ensuring the company’s identity and values are consistently communicated. 

Conducting thorough market research, Simon and his team understand sector trends and consumer behaviours, tailoring the brand message to different contexts while maintaining its core essence. By collaborating with various departments across the Group, he oversees the development of marketing campaigns, new service launches and public relations efforts that enhance PTSG’s brand visibility and reputation. Additionally, he provides strategic insights across the business, helping to align brand initiatives with the company’s overarching business goals, driving growth and establishing a strong national presence. 

Chris Peirce
Managing Director Building Access Specialists

When Chris joined PTSG he already had 12 years’ experience of leading teams in multiple service areas covering upstream, downstream and trading within the oil and gas service sector. Having spent eight years at Intertek, Chris has lived in the UK, US and most recently the Netherlands leading businesses across multiple continents and countries including the US, Caribbean and Europe

Chris has a proven track record in delivering operational improvements and growth in challenging and competitive environments through customer focus, clear structure and defined goal setting. He has built strong teams across multiple business lines and countries to allow progression, growth and development from within these companies.

Chris’s attention to detail, operational focus and customer centric approach will allow PTSG to grow further in our key markets, develop our leadership teams in the divisions and continue the success that PTSG has experienced so far.

Adam Coates
Acquisitions Director

Adam is a Chartered Accountant and, after qualifying with KPMG in 1992, he became group financial controller at Intercare plc until 2003. He was subsequently financial controller at Persimmon plc.

He joined the Group in 2010, with his initial role being Finance Director and Company Secretary.

In 2012, Adam became responsible for acquisition activity as Acquisition Director.

In 2018, Adam won the title of Northern Finance Director of the Year in the Strategic Impact section of the Northern Finance Director Awards. They recognise the importance of the finance director role in some of the North’s most successful companies.
