Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist fire solutions at a new-build residential development in Manchester.
Located in an area of greater Manchester that is undergoing a major redevelopment, Middlewood Locks offers a collection of canal-side townhouses and apartments centred around a private residents’ garden. The area also boasts a range of shops, hotels, restaurants and bars and public open spaces.
In this project, engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will deliver sprinkler systems and dry risers. In the event of a fire breaking out, these systems will ensure that residents have the best chance of avoiding harm and damage to the building is kept to a minimum.
In 2019, PTSG was contracted to install earthing and lightning protection at Middlewood Locks when it was still under construction. With five independent business divisions offering a comprehensive range of specialist services, PTSG can deliver a full-service solution for its 20,000 customers.
