Premier Technical Services Group Ltd has secured a contract to deliver specialist Access & Safety services for a major student accommodation building in South London.
Dashwood Studios come complete with everything students need to kick-start their university life in the capital. Situated in the Borough of Southwark, there is a selection of studio flats, social areas and excellent views of the city.
On-sire facilities include study rooms on every floor, modern games and cinema rooms and two stunning roof terraces. There are transport links to London’s main universities via Elephant and Castle underground station, just a five-minute walk away.
This large-scale project will see engineers from PTSG Access & Safety Ltd both installing and performing repairs to fall arrest equipment at roof level. This work will ensure maintenance operatives will be able to carry out a range of work safely to keep the building clean and fully operational.
