Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist fire solutions at a new development in north-west London.
Lisson Arches is a mixed-use development in NW8, comprising a thirteen-storey residential tower and 12,000 square feet of commercial office space known as the Enterprise Zone. The redevelopment encompasses Lisson Arches, Penn House and 4 Lilestone Street and includes 59 new homes, 44 of which will be new social rented one-bedroom apartments, 14 will be for flats for private sale and one will be a two-bedroom scheme manager’s residence.
Engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will be installing sprinklers to the Enterprise Zone at the new Lisson Arches development.
Sprinkler systems are the most effective means of life and property protection available. PTSG’s service includes the design, fabrication, installation and maintenance of sprinkler systems, in accordance with all applicable standards (BSEN 12845:2015, BS 9251:2014, BS9990:2015, FM & NFPA).
