Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has secured a contract to deliver specialist electrical services, specifically lightning protection, at a new site in Deeside for Italian tissue manufacturer Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti (ICT).
Cidon was appointed to deliver the first phase of the works, managing the sub-contract packages throughout for the delivery of the following:
- Building foundations and soil improvement activities.
- Ground floor slabs
- Elevated operational slabs
- Additional works, as kerbs, walls, concrete blocks
The state-of-the-art fully integrated plant will facilitate the production and sale of tissue paper reels and of consumer products. Large retailers’ private labels and ICT’s own brand FOXY will market these products in Britain and Ireland.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will deliver a new lightning protection system to protect the facility in Deeside and its users in the event of an electrical storm.
