Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist preventative maintenance services for an American-based multinational chain of hamburger fast food restaurants.
At the end of 2018, the client announced that it had almost 18,000 outlets in 100 countries. Nearly half of these outlets are in the United States. In the UK, there are 533 outlets, 429 of which are in England. The company has franchises In various regions across the United States. These franchises have aligned themselves with several charitable organisations that support the research and treatment of juvenile cancer.
In this contract, operatives from PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd will deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works for the company’s central zone of stores. This is likely to include works of different kinds, from building façade maintenance (such as cladding) to gutter and lighting maintenance and even siphonic drainage.
