Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is to deliver specialist electrical services for the University of Westminster which was the capital’s first polytechnic in 1838. 

The University of Westminster is a public university. It began as one of the first polytechnics in the UK 185 years ago. It formally received a Royal charter in August 1839, and became the University of Westminster in 1992.
