Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to install a lightning protection system at Bond street station as part of the much-publicised new Elizabeth Line in London.

The Elizabeth Line Bond Street station will help improve accessibility and increase capacity at one of the busiest shopping districts in the UK to accommodate over 225,000 people using the Jubilee, Central and Elizabeth lines daily.

Some key facts about the station are:

Up to 255m passenger platform length
137,000 passengers predicted per day on the Elizabeth line
24 trains per hour (peak, each way)
Interchange: Central, Jubilee

PTSG Electrical Services Ltd is one of the UK’s main suppliers of lightning protection services. The Group has offices throughout the UK and routinely undertakes projects to install, test, inspect and maintain lightning protection systems for clients in a wide range of industry sectors.
