Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has won a contract to deliver specialist electrical services to a leading social housing provider.
Riverside is one of the leading registered providers of social housing in the UK, offering affordable housing and support to people of all ages and circumstances. The group has around 75,000 homes in its portfolio. For the last two years, Riverside has won Social Landlord of the Year – acknowledgement of its commitment to regenerating the neighbourhoods in which it operates, working with residents to provide employment and development opportunities as well as improving the environment.
PTSG was recently successful in winning the tender with Riverside after winning it on a previous occasion. Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will complete electrical installation condition reports (EICRs) and remedial works at around 3,000 properties for Riverside.
