Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), via constituent company ECS (Electrical Compliance and Safety) has successfully retendered for a contract to deliver specialist electrical services for Nottingham City Homes.
The housing assistance service creates homes and places where people want to live across the city of Nottingham. Council housing in Nottingham is an essential part of the city’s history and identity. Between the wars, Nottingham was recognised as one of the largest and fastest builders of council housing in the country, with huge garden city estates pushing at the city boundaries. The birth of Nottingham City Homes in 2005 opened a new chapter in the story of Nottingham’s council housing. Since 2010 Nottingham City Homes and Nottingham City Council have been building council housing again with renewed vigour and confidence.
This new contract between PTSG and Nottingham City Homes will run for three (plus one) years and will see the Group’s Electrical Services engineers performing electrical testing in 27,000 homes across the city.
ECS is part of PTSG Electrical Services Ltd, one of five independent divisions of PTSG. The other divisions are PTSG Access & Safety Ltd, PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd, PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd and PTSG Water Treatment Ltd. Together, they deliver the full range of specialist services to the construction and FM sectors.
