Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is to deliver fire solutions at a scheme that regenerates a 4.2-acre plot on the south-east edge of Birmingham city centre.
Camp Hill will be a mixed-use scheme that will deliver 550 next generation build to rent homes. The houses come in mix of one, two and three bedroom generously sized apartments to create bigger and better homes. Apartments will exceed the minimum size standards required by Birmingham City Council.
The scheme will include around 22,000 square feet of shared internal amenity space. Amenities include a fully equipped gym, rooftop terraces, co-working office space, private dining rooms and a concierge.
Camp Hill is a significant brownfield site. It has the potential to support the transformation and regeneration of the Digbeth Creative Quarter and this part of the city.

Wet rising mains are for use by the fire brigade or other trained personnel. Installers fit them into new buildings above 50 meters or in cases where providing a suitable breeching inlet position to a dry riser is difficult.
