Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist electrical services at Greenwich Peninsula, a major new residential development in South East London.
Greenwich Peninsula’s masterplan will eventually see more than 17,000 new homes in South East London. In Plots 18.02 and 18.03, PTSG is actively contributing to the delivery of 475 new homes. This particular development will comprise two towers of 22 and 30 storeys, two mansion blocks and 17 four-bedroom townhouses suitable for larger families.
The homes consist of a mixed tenure, with 60% being affordable housing (equally divided between London Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership homes) and 40% being market sale homes. Plots 18.02 + 18.03 will be the first homes in the new Brickfields Neighbourhood, setting a high benchmark for the transformation of the wider area.
Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will deliver lightning protection to protect the new structures and all users in the event of an electrical storm.
PTSG’s constituent company, JW Gray, has been operating since 1835. Many believe it to be the oldest trading provider of lightning protection services in the UK, and possibly even Europe. PTSG Electrical Services Ltd also delivers test and inspection, maintenance and repair services in addition to the design and installation of new lightning and surge protection systems.
