Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to provide specialist electrical services in Baring Road, South-East London.
The street, which is in Lewisham, is mainly residential, with a number of multiple-storey apartment buildings. This area of South-East London was within the county of Kent until 1889. It is identified in the London Plan as one of 35 major centres in Greater London, with a large shopping centre and street market. In 2011, Lewisham had a population of 60,573. NHS services are provided by Lewisham Primary Care Trust.
In this project, engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will be installing a bespoke lightning protection system to a residential building. In the event of an electrical storm, the system will protect the structure and all users.
In addition to providing new systems, PTSG also delivers testing and inspection and maintenance services for existing lightning and surge protection systems, plus a full range of services for specialist earthing systems.
