Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to provide specialist fire and security solutions at a number of schools in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
Engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will provide planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to a variety of fire and security systems at 19 schools across Rotherham. Fire detection and life safety systems include fire alarms, portable fire extinguishers, and public address/voice alarms. Others are emergency voice communication and fixed fire suppression.
Rotherham is a minster town and is the largest settlement in the Metropolitan Borough of Rotherham. In addition to the many schools, the town has three further education institutions and colleges. Thomas Rotherham College, Dearne Valley College and the Rotherham College of Arts and Technology. The Rotherham College of Arts and Technology has a campus in Rotherham town centre and a second site in Dinnington. There i s a nearby, smaller campus for the construction-based subjects taught, such as bricklaying.
