Premier Technical Services GPremier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has secured a contract to deliver specialist electrical services for a new world-class model of conferencing facilities in central London.
The design of 2-3 Finsbury Avenue aimed to replace two existing offices in the Broadgate Campus, near Liverpool Street Station. The development consists of four tapered buildings including a 32-storey tower, and responds to the increasing demand for office space in the City of London.
The new development covers 561,254 square feet of commercial space. The architectural design enables a new and more dynamic pattern of city working and living by offering occupants a range of amenities close at hand. The street frontages at ground level will significantly enhance the retail offering. Meanwhile, new diagonal route is proposed to improve connectivity to the north through the Campus. Glass lifts will provide access to a 13th-floor restaurant, café, and roof terrace.”
