Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist electrical services at a residential development in Pimlico, South-West London. 

Sullivan House is a ten-storey apartment block containing 60 residences. The design, by architects Powell and Moya, won a competition in 1946, with building taking place between 1951 and 1954. It is a Grade II listed building with Historic England. 

The building is part of Churchill Gardens, which was developed between 1946 and 1962. There are 1,800 dwellings altogether in 39 blocks, which makes it the largest estate in Westminster. 

Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will deliver a brand-new lighting protection system at the residential site. This will provide vital protection for the structure and users in the event of an electrical storm.
