PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd – part of Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) – has completed a detailed survey of the façade and windows of a building in Grosvenor Square, London, for DMA Group.

PTSG’s IRATA-trained rope technicians routinely carry out surveys of this kind on commercial and residential properties around the country, producing a detailed photographic report on completion so that clients can see the specialist services that their buildings require.

Grosvenor Square is a large garden square in the Mayfair district of London. It is the centrepiece of the Mayfair property of the Duke of Westminster, and takes its name from the surname “Grosvenor”. The Square is the former home of the United States Embassy, which has since moved to Nine Elms, SW11.

PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd specialises in accessing high buildings of all kinds to perform highly specialised operations including cleaning (windows, gutters, roofs and building façades, repairs and installations, as well as the interior of buildings.

One of its offices – based in Edinburgh but operating UK-wide – began as a traditional steeplejack business, diversifying  into a modern, high-tech engineering company, providing height work solutions to a vast array of structures. It was recently nominated for an industry award for performing a series of emergency to Blackpool Tower.
