Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is delighted to announce the acquisition of Electrical Compliance and Safety Limited. Electrical Compliance and Safety Ltd a group which comprises ECS Electrical Testing and TEC and Total Environmental Compliance. ECS provides electrical testing, inspection, maintenance and installation services across all sectors. TEC is an Environmental Consultancy specialising in Legionella Management.
Paul Teasdale, PTSG’s Group CEO, made the announcement. “We are delighted to welcome Electrical Compliance and Safety Ltd as our latest addition to the group, he said. This acquisition extends our service offering in electrical testing particularly in the social housing sectors.”
TEC will see PTSG offer legionella control and management of water systems. This is a new service offering and one which PTSG extensive customer base have been requesting.
Paul continued: “We are fully committed to the continuation of a successful strategy of achieving market leadership across the sectors in which we operate. This acquisition strengthens PTSG’s capability within our Electrical Services division. This is as well as introducing Water Hygiene Management as a new service line.”
PTSG Electrical Services now includes PTSG Electrical Testing Ltd, a market leading electrical testing business and Guardian Electrical Compliance. The company delivers the highest quality in electrical inspection and testing to clients nationwide. These companies use PTSG’s bespoke and highly acclaimed online management and reporting system, TraQ-it™.
Paul concluded: “The business will retain the ECS management team which will continue to grow and expand the businesses as they are integrated into PTSG’s successful delivery model across its now five divisions.
