Premier Technical Services Group Ltd has been contracted to deliver specialist fire solutions at a new-build development in Eccles, Greater Manchester.
Located on Church Street in the town, the build-to-rent scheme will deliver 272 new apartments across 23 storeys. There will also be 7,300 square feet of commercial space at ground level, with 168 cycle spaces and 19 car parking spaces. The development is expected to be completed in 2025.
In this project, engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will deliver sprinkler systems and wet and dry risers. In the event of a fire breaking out, these systems will ensure that residents have the best chance of avoiding harm and damage to the building is kept to a minimum.
