Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has completed a specialist electrical services project at a residential development in Bath.

Cathcart House, in the Snow Hill area of Bath, is a large residential building comprising a number of apartments. All such buildings require a lightning protection system to protect both the structure and residents during the event of an electrical storm.

Bath is the largest city in the county of Somerset, England, known for and named after its Roman-built baths. The city became a World Heritage Site in 1987, and was later added to the transnational World Heritage Site known as the “Great Spa Towns of Europe” in 2021.

Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd have completed lightning protection repairs at Cathcart House. PTSG is relied upon to test, inspect and maintain lightning and surge protection systems at buildings and structures of all kinds throughout the UK in sectors as diverse as healthcare, education, retail, aviation and defence, public sector and government and industry.

The work of PTSG’s highly skilled engineers ensures compliance with the latest standards. Compliance is a legal requirement, but it also gives building owners and managers peace of mind that their facilities are performing safely and efficiently.
