In 2014, we launched MOUSE (Memorable, Outstanding, Unique, Service Experience), a unique customer service-driven initiative. Each month, MOUSE speaks to someone in our team about their life inside and outside of work.

This month we speak to Danny Hardman, from UK Dry Risers Maintenance Ltd, to find out a little about his working and personal life.

At Work

I’m responsible for the running of PTSG’s UK Dry Risers Maintenance business, and I am helped by our incredible team who all work extremely hard to help the business succeed in our competitive industry.

A major part of my role involves quoting for new work and helping clients with technical issues. We test, service and repair dry and wet riser systems, fire hydrants and sprinkler systems nationwide. Our teams have worked on some prestigious and exciting sites such as Wembley Stadium and Liverpool Football Club, and recently worked overseas at the Isle of Man. We enjoy great relationships with many loyal clients who have been with us since we set up the company, I put this down to the fact that all of the team deliver the best service we can, and thrive to be the best in the industry.

It is an exciting time to be part of the business now that we have joined the PTSG family, and we look forward to some great opportunities for growth and development of our service offering as part of the group’s Fire Solutions division.

At Home

I live in Woodley, Greater Manchester, with my wife Claire. We have three children; two girls aged 16 and 11 as well as a three-year old-boy who keeps us all active. Like all families we love our holidays, we are all snowboarders including little Brogan. After a stressful day at work I personally love to unwind with a couple of beers sitting in the hot tub, there’s nothing better on a clear winter’s night!
