Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) is celebrating after winning a RoSPA Gold Award for the fourth consecutive year.
PTSG will be presented with the RoSPA Gold Award for Occupational Health and Safety at a glittering ceremony at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole hotel in July.
Paul Teasdale, CEO at PTSG, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded a RoSPA Gold Award for the fourth year running. It is testament to the hard work our teams put in day in day out that we have been recognised and I’d like to thank all of the staff for their efforts, in particularly Health, Safety and Environment Manager Terry Wilcock and Group SHE Advisor Mark Brackenbury.
“This accolade is another sign of the good work we are doing here at PTSG and comes as a just reward for our constant investment and dedication to working to the highest health and safety standards possible.”
PTSG’s commitment to health and safety has been underlined by a plethora of award wins and accreditations over recent years, including becoming a four times British Safety Council International safety award winner (2012 – 2015), and now holds 75 individual accreditations (nine of them from SSIP forum members) and holds the Quality ISO 9001, Environment ISO 14001 and H&S BS OHSAS 18001 ISO certificates.
The RoSPA Occupational Health and Safety Awards are internationally recognised and have fast become the most sought after accolade by organisations from every sector.
This key fixture in the health and safety calendar offers organisations a prime opportunity to prove their ongoing commitment to raising health and safety standards and to be a part of the longest running and most highly respected occupational safety awards programme.
In order to achieve the accolade, PTSG had to provide evidence of a good health and safety management system by answering key performance questions and supporting the answers with a concise portfolio of relevant documentation.
