Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG) has strengthened its association with cosmetics and beauty giant The L’Oreal Group.
Having won back the contract to carryout servicing and load testing of façade access equipment at L’Oreal’s UK & Ireland headquarters in London after losing it following a change in management in 2010, PTSG’s South Suspended Access division is set to deliver a range of works in the coming weeks.
Scott Hawtrey, divisional director at PTSG, said: “As part of our ongoing contract with facilities management firm Bilfinger Europa Facility Management to deliver works for L’Oreal, we have been instructed to carry out a series of maintenance works at the company’s headquarters in Hammersmith Road.
“The latest works include supplying and fitting a new isolator switch, installing two new wire ropes after the current one began showing signs of wear and fitting a new cradle cover to protect the existing cradle. We have also been asked to deliver some additional training to glaziers so they can change some of the existing glass safely.
“All of these works came about after our attendance with the insurance inspector to assist with their Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) inspection.”
With global headquarters in Clichy, Hauts-de-Seine, L’Oreal is the largest cosmetics company in the world, specialising in hair care, skin care, sun protection and make-up.
