Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG) has been contracted to complete a series of repair works on behalf of Sisk Group.
The works include, but are not limited to, changing broken plugs, replacing broken limits switches, replacing the restraint system and repairing any cosmetic damage to the cradle machinery at Redrow Homes’ One Commercial Street in London.
The contract will be delivered by PTSG’s South Suspended Access division.
Scott Hawtrey, divisional director at PTSG, said: “The machine was originally installed by PTSG’s Access and Safety Cradle Installation division and has been extensively used by the building contractors commissioned to build One Commercial Street.
“During this time different trades were required to use the machine and the functional parts have become worn, leaving the system in need of repair.
“We have been given the order to bring the machine back to new so it can be handed over to the building owners.”
The repairs follow an initial survey carried out by PTSG.
One Commercial Street is a 22-storey landmark project in the heart of the capital and features 207 apartments, 110,000 sq ft of office accommodation over six floors, ground level retail space and basement car parking.
