Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) has completed an installation of mansafe systems at St Bernard’s Hospital in Gibraltar, strengthening its ongoing partnership with the overseas-based client.

Specialist operatives from PTSG’s Access and Safety division attended St Bernard’s Hospital to provide the installation of walkway systems which will accommodate access to the hospital’s roof. The team also installed additional mansafe systems on the site’s plantroom walkways.

This project is in addition to an existing contract the Group has with the hospital, where it has provided annual testing to fall arrest systems since 2008. St Bernard’s is the only civilian general hospital in Gibraltar and is operated by the Gibraltar Health Authority, a department of the Government of Gibraltar.

In recent years, PTSG has increased its delivery of work outside the UK, completing projects at many unique sites and in the process building partnerships with some prestigious international clients. As well as St Bernard’s Hospital the Group has an ongoing partnership with Iraqi telecoms provider FastIraq, delivering remedial and repair works via rope access. The company also currently delivers remedial works to roof and chimney structures in the Caribbean for Barbados’s sole electricity utility provider, Barbados Light and Power.
