Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG) has secured a new contract with global technology company Johnson Controls Ltd.
On behalf of Johnson Controls, PTSG’s South Suspended Access division was asked to complete a survey to a skyjack at Winchester House in London.
Following the survey, the team was required to carryout a series of repair works to the facility.
Scott Hawtrey, divisional director at PTSG, said: “Following on from our site survey to the skyjack, we reported a series of works, as required. The skyjack wiring had been damaged by vermin, the wiring loom had been chewed and bare cores were exposed.
“We concluded that it needed to be replaced as well as encasing the wiring loon using plastic conduit. The fabrication of a wire mesh frame to restrict access to the control box was also needed along with all the holes being closed.”
Winchester House is a private members’ club set in grounds of around half an acre on the banks of the Thames, just upstream from Putney Bridge.
