Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) has upgraded its fleet of vans with a new range of Mercedes-Benz panel and crew vehicles.
Following this significant investment, PTSG’s engineering teams will now be seen across the UK driving brand new Mercedes-Benz Citan vans. They will operate alongside the company’s Mercedes Sprinters and Vitos which have been very visible at thousands of worksites across the UK in the last few years due to their very distinctive branding.
The Citan is an upmarket vehicle which is also economically and environmentally friendly, using innovative BlueEFFICIENCY technology to cut CO2 output and fuel consumption down as low as 67.3 mpg.
Paul Teasdale, Chief Executive at PTSG, said: “We have invested further in our van fleet to give our engineers the very best vehicles to work with, as part of our aim to continually improve efficiency and the quality of service we provide to our customers.
“The Citan is the only van in its class to be fitted with electronic stability control as standard, meaning it is one of the safest vans on the market, something which is extremely important to our business, as we seek to keep our people safe in all aspects of their work.
“The new fleet will offer a high-quality driving performance with emphasis on comfort and fuel-economy, which is important for our operatives – many of whom are on the road for long periods of the day.”
The new van fleet is now in operation across all divisions and can be seen on roads nationwide.
