Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) has renewed one of its longest standing maintenance contracts.
PTSG’s South Suspended Access division secured a contract with Grafton Shopping Centre in Cambridge via Integral UK Ltd in 2007, the same year the group was founded.
Now, the division has extended its association with the retail facility into an eight year.
Scott Hawtrey, divisional director at PTSG, said: “Our contract with Grafton Shopping Centre was one of the division’s first when PTSG started trading in 2007 and we are delighted to have extended our association with for another year.
“Since we secured this contract, PTSG’s retail portfolio has continued to grow and we now carry out works on a number of high-profile shopping centres up and down the country, including the likes of County Mall Shopping Centre in Crawley, Saddlers Shopping Centre in Walsall and the Frenchgate Centre in Doncaster.”
Grafton Shopping Centre, which was built in the early 1980s, is one of the three main shopping centres in Cambridge and is currently undergoing a major refurbishment programme.
The main retail stores include BHS, Boots, Debenhams (the largest store in the centre) and Next. It also has a bus station, foodcourt, Vue cinema and two multi-storey car parks.
