Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) has been awarded a contract to provide an installation of fire protection systems at a large housing and regeneration scheme in central London.
Elephant Park is a major mixed-use development that will create almost 2,500 new homes and the largest new park in central London for 70 years. The first part of the park is already open, and work is currently progressing on the next three phases of the development which will also provide around 50 new shops, restaurants and cafes.
PTSG’s Fire Solutions Division will deploy a team of highly-trained engineers to install sprinkler systems to the site’s community hub building, and will also install a water supply to the landlord areas of the development as part of the project’s tenant fit-out.
PTSG Fire Solutions offers a tailored service for the installation and maintenance of wet risers, dry risers and sprinkler systems, emergency lighting and fire extinguisher services. The division has recently been awarded several other fire protection schemes at new property developments, including Royal Arsenal Riverside in Woolwich and Salford’s MediaCityUK.
