Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) is carrying out annual maintenance works at Liverpool Central Library.

The work is being delivered on behalf of ENGIE, who are total Facilities Management service partner for the library, a 25-year PPP scheme delivered by Amber Infrastructure.

Specialist access maintenance engineers from PTSG commenced maintenance work on site in March 2018.

ENGIE’s FM service provision at Liverpool Central Library began in early 2013 in readiness for the public reopening of the renovated library later that year.

Liverpool Central Library is the biggest library in the city. The £50m restoration and rebuilding project took more than two years to complete. The building includes a showpiece four-storey central atrium with escalators, stairs and a domed ceiling.

PTSG’s Access & Safety division comprises some of the industry’s most experienced specialists, who use their expertise to find solutions to any height safety equipment problems that are tasked to them. The Group’s highly-trained engineers provide niche specialist services to a huge range of buildings in both the public and private sectors.
