Message from CEO – Issue eleven

Hello and welcome to the new edition of Inside PTSG. Each month we focus on new initiatives and developments at Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG), which continue to keep us at the forefront of the industry, as well as offering insights into how we add value to your business through the work we do.

During the last month, our Interim Report was published showing our continued growth in all four of our market sectors. We have been busy in all areas of work, reporting particularly strong activity in the areas of lightning protection and high level cleaning. PTSG even starred as a TV extra, when our company logo popped up in the background of a scene in the BBC’s Goodnight Sweetheart!

Our customer service mascot, MOUSE (Memorable, Outstanding, Unique, Service Experience), ensures that we are always focused on delivering the best possible experience. On 10th October, MOUSE gets a special outing to Grosvenor House on London’s Park Lane for the BIFM Awards Ceremony. I am delighted that our commitment to delighting our customers is paying off, as we are finalists in two categories: impact on customer service and impact on brand.
