OCS Access Maintenance 
is the largest provider of maintenance services for permanently installed suspended access equipment in the UK and we are the only provider with engineers based locally across the UK and Republic of Ireland.
We provide maintenance, inspection, testing and repair services for all types of equipment including building maintenance units, gantry systems, cradle systems, monorail systems and lifting equipment. We also operate systems for other purposes such as brickwork inspections and repairs, window glazing repairs, cladding surveys, external lighting, etc.
Through our experienced teams of directors, managers and engineers we are able to provide a comprehensive service including major refurbishment and overhaul of equipment that has been out of service for some time.
The products we use in carrying out repairs and refurbishments are of the highest standard and sourced carefully from specialist manufacturers within the industry.
Our engineers maintain, inspect and test a wide variety of equipment. Principally we work on suspended access equipment such as cradle systems, monorails, gantries and travelling ladders but we also carry out maintenance, inspection and repair works to other equipment such as factory lifting equipment, hoists, runway beams, fixed ladders, drop down fire escape ladders, MEWPs, etc.
OCS Access Maintenance can cover all access requirements and we can operate any contract from one building to large portfolios of buildings.
We work closely with our client needs and often maintain full asset lists for them so they always hold the most current and up to date data on their buildings. Some of our larger portfolios require us to use their on-line systems to up load information and update information directly on to their servers which we are only too happy to do should the need arise.
