PTSG called in again to deliver specialist training

Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) has been contracted to carry out specialist training on behalf of Norland Managed Services at a seven-storey London office block.

Engineers from PTSG’s South Suspended Access division will deliver the training at Leadenhall Court, which is let to retail giant Amazon.

PTSG’s expertise is often called upon to deliver specific training to maintenance personnel who will be using the access equipment on buildings.

The division has recently delivered training at both the east and west tours of The Landmark development in the capital and Paddington Station.

It provides maintenance, inspection, testing and repair services for all types of equipment including building maintenance units, gantry systems, cradle systems, monorail systems and lifting equipment.

PTSG secures five further contract renewals

Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) is delighted to announce the renewal of a number of annual maintenance contracts.

PTSG’s South Suspended Access division has extended its association with five clients, some of which have been working with PTSG since 2008.

The group has secured further works on behalf of BS Pension Fund Trustee Ltd, MITIE Technical Facilities, Buckingham Palace Road Management Co Ltd, Wolfe Olins and Temorfa Ltd.

As part of these contracts, PTSG’s engineers will deliver works at a number of sites in London as well as on buildings in Cardiff and Farnborough.

PTSG extends Merrill Lynch association into seventh year

Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) will deliver maintenance works for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management for the seventh year running.

PTSG’s South Suspended Access division has carried works at Merrill Lynch’s West London Data Centre since 2007, a partnership which is set to continue throughout 2015.

The Mace built centre, which was the first Tier 4 facility built in the UK, comprises of a 22,000 square foot data hall and an 87,000 square foot disaster recovery facility.

It was built within a large warehouse previously used for telecoms equipment manufacturing, part of which was occupied by an existing major banks data centre.

PTSG engineers conduct emergency training at RBS in London

Engineers from Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG) PLC have carried out specialist training at The Royal Bank of Scotland’s site in Bishopsgate, London.

A team from the group’s South Suspended Access division was contracted by Carillion to deliver emergency decent training as part of a wider package of works to be completed at the building.
The division is often asked to deliver specific training at sites to promote best practice and ensure the safe working of the equipment.

Recently, the team conducted training for maintenance personnel using access equipment at Paddington Station as well as carrying out a demonstration of the suspended access equipment at both the east and west tours of The Landmark development in the capital.

PTSG delivers essential safety works for German bank in London

Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) has completed essential maintenance works at one of Deutsche Bank’s London bases.

PTSG’s South Suspended Access division was contracted by Johnson Controls to replace a broken door safety limit on Winchester House.

PTSG engineers share expertise at Paddington Station

Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) has delivered specialist training on behalf of Carillion at Paddington Station.

PTSG’s South Suspended Access division was asked to carry out the training on a Friday evening for maintenance personnel using the access equipment at the station.

The division is often asked to deliver specific training at sites to promote best practice and ensure the safe working of the equipment.

Paddington, which is one of 19 stations managed by Network Rail, is a central London railway terminus and London Underground station complex in fare zone 1.

The station is the London terminus for First Great Western, which provides the majority of commuter and regional services to west London, the Thames Valley region and long-distance intercity services to South West England and South Wales.

PTSG secures Ramsay Health Care contract for seventh year

PTSG’s South Suspended Access division has delivered the works at Ramsay Health Care UK’s base at Swedbank House since 2008 and is delighted to have strengthened its association with the organisation.

The group’s South Suspended Access division was contracted to carry out decommissioning works and track torque testing on access equipment at The Northern & Shell Media Group.

PTSG’s South Suspended Access division was contracted by City Abseiling Ltd to carry out a demonstration of the suspended access equipment at both the east and west tours of The Landmark development in the capital.

Created by Squire and Partners, The Landmark offers one, two and three-bed apartments in both its east and west tower at Canary Wharf.

Heathrow’s snow base maintained by PTSG

Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) has completed essential maintenance works at London Heathrow Airport’s snow base.

PTSG’s South Suspended Access division was contracted by Mitie to complete works on the facility’s latchway system.

The works follow hot on the heels of the division carried out testing on ten beams at the airport’s Energy Centre.

PTSG enjoys a strong working relationship with London Heathrow having previously delivered works at Terminal 3 and Terminal 4 this year as well as fixing bolts on 33 latchways at the Heathrow World Cargo Centre and installing two manual release handles at the Heathrow Control Tower. A five-day insurance inspection was also carried out at Terminal 3.
